Our company is hosted on the Squarespace platform. Squarespace provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Squarespace’s data storage, databases and the general Squarespace applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

Your name and email address are used to facilitate identifying you within our system.

Your name, address, email address and any credit card information you provide are collected directly by our payment processing providers, Paypal and Square. These companies do not share your credit card information with us. Rather, they notify us of a product purchase and transfer the funds to our account. 

If you complete a purchase, we will collect your full name and mailing address. 

We do not share either your contact information or your purchases with any third parties.

If you wish to have your data removed from our servers, please email us at info@joankosmachuk.com. Once your data has been removed, you will no longer receive emails from us.
